ABOUT THE ADFL BULLETIN

The ADFL Bulletin is a refereed journal published three times a year by the Association of Departments of Foreign Languages, a subsidiary of the Modern Language Association. The ADFL Bulletin prints essays dealing with professional, pedagogical, curricular, and departmental matters.

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the MLA Style Manual and submitted as attachments to Erika DeSimone, Editorial Assistant for the ADFL Bulletin, at adfl-bulletin@mla.org. ADFL BULLETIN ADVERTISING RATES

The ADFL Bulletin, the journal of the Association of Departments of Foreign Languages, offers access to a highly defined audience of administrators, faculty members, and media-center coordinators in the fields of modern and classical languages and literatures, linguistics, and comparative literature. Published since 1969, the Bulletin is an ideal place to advertise materials in applied linguistics; foreign language dictionaries, textbooks, readers, and software; and travel and study-abroad programs.

Half page: 6" x 4.25" trim size
Full page: 6" x 8.5" trim size

Ads should be provided as grayscale Adobe Acrobat PDF files without bleeds or crop marks. Files should be high resolution (300 dpi) and submitted at 100% of their final size. Any art included in an ad should be saved in grayscale mode. Please be sure to embed or subset all fonts.
